We offer free Standard Delivery for all orders from SGD$250 and above.
For orders below SGD$250, a delivery fee of SGD$4 will be charged.

All orders will be processed within the next business day. A confirmation email
containing your product details and parcel tracking number will be sent to you after
an order has been placed. Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification via

If you have received a defected item, please submit a request on our ‘Contact Us’
page and select ‘Order Returns’ in the Inquiry Type fill.

Our courier team will pick up the defected item from you, at your convenience.
Simply select your preferred date and collection timing of the item in the drop down
box and share a description and photo of the defect for our reference. Pass the item
to our team during the collection period and you’re all done!
